Rates & Information
Welcome to our assessment services, where we prioritize a neuro-affirming, culturally informed, and trauma-informed approach. Our assessments are designed for adults seeking clarity, healing, and self-understanding, particularly for those who have felt misunderstood in their earlier experiences. If you’ve always been curious or have recently begun to explore the possibility of autism, ADHD, or both, we invite you to join us on this journey of discovery and acceptance. You are welcome here.
The length of assessments varies due to the type of screens used and psychoeducation provided. Any paperwork from the assessment will be given within 2 weeks from appointment. There will be options for breaks as needed.
Consultation $300
This is for individuals with questions about the next steps of their journey.

Includes 1 hour meeting, general discussion of neurodiversity affirming recommendations.

General list of resources and referrals
Informal Assessment $700
This is for personal use, confirmation of self diagnosis and greater understanding via psycho-education. This assessment does not include screening tools or accommodations letter.

1 hour Clinical interview gathering history, current experiences and identifying specific traits

1 hour session providing feedback about the reviewed information

1 page letter of personalized list of resources/referrals.
Formal Autism Assessment
Full Cost - $1,100
Sliding Scale - $800 to $1,100
Formal Assessments are for personal confirmation, medical or educational accommodations (if agencies accept)

2 hour in depth clinical interview and gathering of history, current experiences and specific traits/symptoms.

1 hour psycho-education session. Collaborative review of the complete assessment, report, recommendations and referrals.

Review of Self Assessments- These can include RAADS-R, CAT-Q, AQ and others.

Includes full report with test results and personalized list of resources/referrals.

Accommodations Request Letter
Fees are due at time of appointment
Assessment & Short Term Therapy Package
This is a great package for clients that are seeking an assessment that also provides short term therapy to process results and concerns discovered in the assessment process.
What's Included:
Assessment Sessions- screening and data collection plus
4 Individual Therapy sessions
Cost Breakdown:
Single Assessment - $1,000
4 Individual Sessions - $800
Total - $1,800
Saves $200 versus scheduling separately
This package can be paid in full or split up over two payments, with the first half being due at the initial session.

What's Included in the Assessment

Psychological assessment and clinical diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism within my training and scope of practice.

Therapy and psycho-education to understand your neurodivergence diagnosis. This is in the context of culture, trauma, work and relationships.

A written report that you are able to share with your care team such as primary care provider, psychiatrist, and prescriber.

Recommendations for non-medical supports such as therapy, accommodations and ways to regulate your nervous system.
I practice within my scope of competence in Oregon and along with my code of ethics from the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers. I refer out when your needs fall outside of my scope of practice.
Limitations of Importance

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)- this means I am a Masters Level Clinician, not a PhD or Psychologist.

I DO NOT provide neurological or neuropsychological testing (e.g full neuropsych batteries, IQ testing or medical/neurological workups. I will refer out to a neuropsychologist if this is something you need.

I DO NOT prescribe or manage medication. Any questions or decisions around medication must be done with your physician or prescribing provider.

I CANNOT guarantee that a doctor, school, employer or agency will accept this assessment. Each institution has its own policies.
Length of Assessment
Each assessment will vary in time, depending upon the time it takes to complete the screening tools and neuroaffirming interview. If billing insurance, this will take between 3-4 sessions to complete. If private/cash pay, we are able to do the full assessment in one sitting. Any forms given to you about the outcome of the assessment may take up to 3 weeks to receive.
